President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will not contest in 2027–APC chieftain says

A chieftain of the All Progressive Congress in Rivers state, Eze Chukwuemeka Eze who is staunch loyalist to former governor Rotimi Amaechi has foretold that president Tinubu may likely not participate in the presidential race of 2027.
Chief Eze has revealed that the forthcoming general election will be filled with surprises. Some of the surprise will stem from a collection of data which he alleges the United States has on Tinubu, which they may likely release during the election period.
He also explained that Tinubu’s tenure has had its attention on rigging the process to remain on the seat in 2027. He further pointed out cases of unstable economy, mass k!lling, high level of kidnapping and hunger are some of the areas the current tenure has failed and factors that will hamper president Tinubu’s reelection.
Additionally, the chieftain further explained that with all the underperformance of the current administration, Tinubu is still making strategic moves on how to remain in power come 2027. He asserts that it doesn’t make him a good leader nor is it a democratic move.
Buttressing his point, he stated that Nigerians connect with him everyday to make inquiries about Rotimi Amaechi’s political stand in 2027. He also revealed that a person like Amaechi would be willing to give up anything to see Nigeria become better. Also, he added that the former River State governor is the kind of leader the country needs to save it from its current state.
Rounding up his speech, Eze maintained that Tinubu’s failed tenure which glares back at everyone daily is enough to make the APC flag bearer not to run for presidency in 2027.
By the way, Chief Eze Chukwuemeka Eze is a popular face in the APC, particularly in River State. He is known for his comments on the internal issues within the party and in Rivers State. Particularly, he was a vocal critic of Wike’s appointment as the FCT minister. He also questioned the former governor’s qualification for occupying such public office.
