Former President Buhari’s digital media Aide has revealed who the worst African leader is.
The Buhari loyalist took to his X account to announce that the worst president in Africa is the Cameroonian president, Paul Biya. His statement was in response to a question posed by another netizen, @ali_ naka, seeking to know who is the worst leader in African.
In response to the question Bashir Ahmad responded that it must be the Cameroonian president because he has been in office for decades and the country is still far from development.
In response to this, netizens trooped down his comment section to air their view. Some added caricature images of president Tinubu and asked him how his name was excluded. Others tagged the former president Buhari, saying that he laid the foundation for what Tinubu did.
A particular user called out the former digital media Aide, asking how come his master and his successor didn’t make it to the list. The user in particular stated that President Tinubu’s policies have taken Nigerian backwards under two years. He further asked others to imagine what would happen if the president completes his tenure and comes back for a second term.
Meanwhile a Cameroonian criticised Bashir Ahmad for pointing a finger at his president while his own country was in shambles, all thanks to his former boss. Another Cameroonian noted that Paul Biya was better off than former president Mohammadu Buhari, whom he refers to as the tall Fulani man. Buttressing his point, he added that he handed power over to a person with history of dealing with drugs.
Also, some netizens who are Tinubu’s supporters have begun calling out the Obedient, noting that they would be sad at this announcement given that President Tinubu wasn’t announced as the worst president.
Further, another netizen reminded Bashir Ahmad that his criticism was only possible of the system of government the country practices.
