Afro hip hop Nigerian singer born Inetimi Alfred Odom but widely known as Timaya has suggested that his outing with American lady, Brooke Bailey went as he wanted.
Timaya whose romantic life is punctuated by ontroversies set the Nigeria social media space abuzz after he was pictured with Brooke Bailey. Speculations have it that the duo might be considering each other for a serious relationship.
However, the Egberipapa appears to have given a little credence to the speculation as he revealed that Brooke Bailey told him about how she likes the “craziness in him”; and attribute which distinguishes him.
Timaya is quoted to have said: “She told me she likes that craziness in me, because that is what make me stand out”.
Referring to his past relationship with Empress Jama, the singer reportedly insinuated that Empress Jama while they were in a relationship, complained about same attributes that Brooke Bailey appear to fancy about him. He said Empress Jama claimed that does not conduct his affairs as a celebrity of his category should should.
The singer proclaimed that he wouldn’t change his personality to suit anyone as he prefers and is committed to remaining original rather than embrace unreal lifestyle.
Speaking about Brooke Bailey, Timaya hinted that he had given up on relationship until his recent encounter with Brooke Bailey who he said has rekindled love in him and given him reason to love again.
“This is the same craziness Empress JAMA told me I am disgracing her about, she would want me to “compult myself” and behave like a celebrity.
“I like to be me, I am a water side boy so I cannot hide it.
“It’s become so cold outside that I felt women just come to me because I am famous, I decided never to love again but Brooke has given me a reason to love again”.
